Returns Policy

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase, however should you wish to return anything bought from us, the cost of returning items to us is your responsibility but we will be happy to refund a product provided it is received in fully resaleable condition. Please note: Items returned can only be refunded, it is not possible to exchange an item.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase. If your order is returned within seven days of receipt this will be classed as a cancelled order and provided the item is in good condition you will receive a full refund. All cancelled orders must be returned at your cost.

After seven days you may still return an item for refund up to 14 days after receipt as long as they are unworn, unwashed and in the original, undamaged packaging. In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery, underwear or swimwear unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose. Items must be returned at your cost however if the item is received in good condition then we will happily refund price of the product.

Items returned with deodorant marks, aftershave/perfume or smoke smells, pet hairs or other evidence of use will not be refunded.

Please note: If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.

In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, then these can also be returned to us. In this case we will refund the delivery charges you have paid to receive that item unless it was sent to you with other items which you are not returning.

To ensure that your refund is processed as quickly as possible, please do the following when packing and sending your product:

  • Send the product in its original packaging.
  • Pack the product so that it will not be damaged during the return shipping process.
  • Include a copy of the delivery note with the reason why you are returning the item(s). If for some reason you do not have this, please include your name, address, phone number, order date, order number and reason for return along with the product.

Returned items are your responsibility until it arrives at our warehouse. Therefore, please ensure you send the parcel using any secure and traceable method i.e. Recorded/Special delivery, and retain your proof of postage receipt. Please be sure your package is insured and prepaid.

All refunds will be made to the credit or debit card used to place the order, this includes refunds for items bought as a gift or on behalf of someone else. Refunds cannot be processed until the return item(s) have been received. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of arrival at our warehouse.
